Medical-grade ozone is the key ingredient in the efficiency of the ozone pod. And is often referred to as a super or activated oxygen.

Ozone is a completely pure and natural enriched form of oxygen, and is equipped with an additional oxygen molecule (O3), which protects us from ultraviolet radiation in space and is the most natural product as an anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal.

It is very safe, ozone treatments are historic, natural healing methods and supported by extensive research, with numerous studies published in medical journals around the world such as the prestigious PubMed. The safety of our ozone pod is certified by the European CE mark and all the functions that compose it have proved to be safe. 

Each session generally lasts 30 minutes, however this parameter can be changed without any problem depending on your needs. Most protocols recommend 1/2 sessions per week for the first month or so, and then continue decreasing the sessions to 1/2 per 4-6 weeks depending on the results you want to achieve and health status.

Not a problem. If at any time during the treatment you feel too hot, the temperature can be lowered or you can stop the session. All the functions of the ozone pod can be adjusted to suit everyone's level of well-being. Most clients easily manage 38 to 40 degrees, as the head remains outside of the pod, allowing the body to regulate.  We also can also adjust the amount of far-infrared that is in the pod, to customise your session, and meet your comfort zone.

Based in a tranquil forest in Roquefort-les-pins, we are conveniently located to the French Riviera coastline and have full amenities at your disposal. Prior to arriving at the clinic please drink 4 glasses of water. More shall be provided after your session to ensure your remain well hydrated.

Please arrive having eaten a light meal/snack. Please refrain from a heavy meal, 30 minutes prior to your session. And please don't drink an excessive amount of caffeine prior to your treatment.

You shall be asked to remove any large pieces of jewelry. Earrings and rings are absolutely fine. They shall remain in the clinic, with you.

When possible, it is best to have minimal make-up and body cream.

Upon arrival your therapist will ask you to complete a questionnaire, this enables us to understand more about your health and history.  We are then able to tailor your session; to your personal needs. Everything will be explained about your session, before we begin.

Your therapist will then leave the room, allowing you to change into one of our luxury towels, we are here to ensure your privacy. 

We provide everything you will need for your treatment, so no need to bring anything, except yourself! Ozone is irritating for the throat, so we take 3 steps to ensure all the ozone stays inside the pod. Your therapist shall place a protective cape comfortably around your neck, a soft towel is then placed around that and once you're comfortable we will provide you with pure oxygen (O2) to breath.

During your treatment your therapist will remain with you.

The pod provides the option of optional treatments, cupping and vaginal insufflation (VI). Using a glass funnel / breast cupping set, a high percentage of ozone can be concentrated in a specific problem area. VI is recommended for those suffering from endometriosis, ovarian cysts and vaginal infections (fungi / bacteria / viruses). Often these infections reduce fertility, so VI is recommended for those instances.

It is contraindicated during menstruation due to the dilation of the arteries, which can increase blood flow.
